Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused.

  • In their original condition.

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, have been damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll work quickly to put things right.

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging, where applicable.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Postage

Unless an item is faulty or we've made an error with your order, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

The Edgworth Conker Distressed is a water-resistant oil pull-up leather Chelsea boot and is part of the women’s 365 Vibram collection.

Built on a durable rubber Vibram sole offering support, stability, and fantastic grip, especially on wet, icy or snowy surfaces. These are also suitable for indoor wear with a non-scratch rubber compound. They are very light in weight and extremely comfortable out of the box, with little breaking in time.

Features:

  • Leather: high grade, full grain, 1.6-1.8mm thick, enhanced during the tanning process with special oils and waxes to make water resistant.
  • Lining: a breathable water-resistant membrane that lets vapour out without letting water in.
  • Sole: Vibram, advanced all-terrain grip, can be resoled.
  • Gusset: water-resistant elastic allowing an easy pull on-off.
  • Heel tabs: LANX branded pull loops for an easy pull on-off.
  • Maintenance: easy to clean, and the distressed features of the leather flourish more with wear.
