Original Clone Dead Bird Dummy – Realistic Gundog Training Dummy

Take your gundog training to the next level with the Original Clone Dead Bird Dummy, specially designed to stimulate your dog's three key hunting senses: Sight, Smell and Touch. Created to bridge the gap between traditional dummy training and real game retrieves, this highly realistic dead bird training dummy helps prepare your dog for challenging retrieves in the shooting field.

Realistic Gundog Training for Sight, Smell & Touch

Sight: Designed to replicate the size and shape of a real game bird, the Dead Bird Dummy features a realistic head, wings and tail. Its lifelike appearance makes it ideal for static retrieves from the ground or visual marking exercises, helping your dog become accustomed to the appearance of shot game.

Smell: Scent plays a vital role when a gundog is locating shot game. The carefully selected, scent-retentive fabrics allow familiar game scents to be carried with the dummy. Store it in your game bag or training vest, or expose it to areas where game scent is present, to create a more realistic scent-based training experience.

Touch: Moving from traditional canvas dummies to feathered game can be challenging for some dogs. The Dead Bird Dummy helps your dog develop confidence with the feel and movement of a realistic retrieve. The head, wings and tail encourage your dog to think carefully about mouth placement, pick-up, carrying and delivery, helping prepare them for retrieving real game.

The dummy features a high-definition photographic canvas print replicating real-life game bird feather patterns. Combined with its robust, scent-absorbent fabric and realistic shape, it offers an engaging and practical training aid for both dog and handler.

Whether you're developing a young gundog or refining the skills of an experienced retriever, the Original Clone Dead Bird Dummy is an excellent addition to your gundog training equipment, helping create more realistic and effective retrieving practice.
