Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused.

  • In their original condition.

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, have been damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll work quickly to put things right.

Please email hello@greenlaneco.co.uk with:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging, where applicable.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Postage

Unless an item is faulty or we've made an error with your order, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Our Zip Around gun slip is a more practical yet stylish slip which has been designed in a way that allows easy access to your gun inside. It is a must for a keen country shooter.

It has a strong heavy-duty zip that zips all the way around the slip allowing easy access to the gun inside when you are late to your peg or need access to your gun quickly, alongside a solid brass fittings ensuring your gun is safely stored away when not in use. It also has a reinforced bottom to ensure that the end of the barrels do not get damaged.

Our gun slips come with the option of personalisation so that when you are grabbing your slip from the gun bus there is no mistaking it with the option to add spent cartridges or have your initials embossed onto the tag.

Why not treat yourself and your gun – there is also a matching cartridge bag and shooting pouch available!

The Nubuck Leather

Our Nubuck leather is a vegetable oiled wax leather finish that just gets better and better with age. The nubuck style of leather is more rugged and forgiving to general wear and heavier use. It repels rain and has a certain degree of protection from day-to-day terrain. It is also easily restorable using saddle soap – light scratches and marks will often buff out very easily.

We cannot be liable for the wear and tear of your product due to leather being a natural material.
